日本料理「水簾」
Located inside The Capitol Hotel Tokyu, Suiren presents masterfully prepared sushi and tempura, live teppanyaki cooking, and seasonal kaiseki in an elegant, serene dining room.
01 / ABOUT THE PLACE
Situated on the 3rd floor of The Capitol Hotel Tokyu, Suiren brings together kaiseki, sushi, tempura, and teppanyaki under one roof. With curated courses and sets for both lunch and dinner, guests can experience the refined craftsmanship of skilled chefs tailored to any dining occasion.
At the sushi counter, Edo-style nigiri made with the daily catch is served alongside the restaurant's signature blended soy sauce. Offerings range from Nigiri Ruri, highlighting Suiren's specialty kombu-cured fish, to Sushi Kaiseki, pairing fresh nigiri with composed seasonal dishes to draw out the delicate flavors of the seafood. The tempura courses feature freshly fried Japanese tiger prawn and seasonal selections, concluding with a choice of kakiage served as tendun, tenbara, or tencha.
In the dedicated teppanyaki dining area, premium wagyu beef and abalone are seared directly before guests. Diners can savor the concentrated flavors of the meat, precisely cooked seasonal vegetables, and a finishing bowl of aromatic garlic rice.
Private dining rooms overlook a serene tsuboniwa courtyard garden, providing a setting for special gatherings centered on sukiyaki cooked in a dashi-rich broth or delicate shabu-shabu featuring tender wagyu. In this calm and refined ambiance, guests can pair their meal with sake or wine for an unhurried, luxurious dining experience.
